What happens in our online program?

The online rehab program is a relatively new concept, and getsoberprogram is a pioneer of intensive treatment for addiction online. There are plenty of benefits to it and reasons to get on board with it.
In the first month of the program, you will be 5 days a week in touch with 1-1 sessions with a dedicated therapist.
2nd a month, you will get through counseling to unpack your unique life story using proven psycho-therapeutic methods and practice 4 one hour sessions using hypnotherapy, mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and calibrated discovery sessions.
In our initial 4 sessions, we will discover and gain new perspectives on what happened to you, what you may have developed as adaptations and attachments, and how these patterns of self-regulation became your coping patterns and manifested in your addiction to alcohol. During 2nd month you will be also in touch with the previous therapist once a week. Same as 3rd month with further support agreed upon if needed.
In the final week, we do a 90-minute wrap-up and preparation session for the month 3 group therapy start.
Third part - weekly in touch with counselors + group therapy.
Month 3 to Month 8-Biweekly, 90-minute group sessions per month-Biweekly 90-minute meetings per month, in groups of 3-4.
In the third part of the program, we provide information about psychedelics and other possibilities of treatment.
